Ingredients for Kung Pao Chicken:

Oil 1/4 cupGarlic (chopped) 1 tbspGinger (chopped) 1 tbspDried red chilies 1/2 cupCapsicum (cubes) 1 cupOnion (cubes) 1 cup

Water 1/2 cupK&N’s Tender Pops 780 g (25-28)Slurry (corn flour 3 tbsp + water 1/2 cup)K&N’s Stok (1 cube)Black pepper powder 1 tspGreen onion (chopped) 1/2 cupRoasted peanuts (1/4 cup)

1 . Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and ginger, cook for a minute. Add dried red chilies, capsicum, onion and cook for 1-2 minutes on high heat.

2 . Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, black pepper and mix well.

3 . Now add water, K&N’s Chicken Stok cube and cook until K&N’s Stok dissolves.

4 . Fry K&N’s Tender pops as per instructions on the pack.

5 . Add K&N’s tender pops and cook for a minute. Add slurry and cook until sauce thickens.

6 . Add green onion, roasted peanuts and cook for a minute.
