Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed through our website or by phone/WhatsApp, our team confirms the order details including menu items, quantity, delivery time, and location.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

If food preparation has already started or ingredients have been purchased for the order, cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to issues from our side
  • If there is a confirmed mistake in the order made by our team

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
